Blumind Terms of Service
Effective date: October 17, 2026
These Terms govern your use of the Blumind shared account and sign-in service, provided by Blumind Group LLC (“Blumind,” “we,” “us”). By accepting these Terms through the account flow, you agree to them. If you act for an organization, you must have authority to bind that organization.

Account service and eligibility
Blumind provides shared authentication and account-management features for participating Blumind products. Features and provider availability may change.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms.
Provide accurate information and keep your account details current. Protect your credentials and recovery methods, and notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account; this does not remove any rights you have concerning activity you did not authorize.
Connected providers and products
Google and Microsoft sign-in are optional methods where offered. Their services are governed by their own terms. Linking an existing account may require additional proof that you control it. Removing a provider connection may prevent you from using that method, so maintain another available way to sign in.
A shared account does not automatically purchase a subscription or grant access to every product. Product-specific fees, renewals, cancellations, refunds, service limits, and engineering-use conditions are governed by the applicable product terms or order.
These Terms govern the central account service. Product-specific terms govern the corresponding product; an order or separately signed agreement controls where it expressly addresses a conflict.
Acceptable use and ownership
Use the account service lawfully. Do not impersonate others, access another person’s account without permission, bypass authentication or usage controls, distribute malicious code, or disrupt the service. Security testing requires authorization from Blumind.
Blumind and its licensors retain their rights in the account service, software, and branding. These Terms permit you to use the service as offered; they do not transfer ownership. You retain your rights in information you provide and authorize us to process it as needed to operate the service, subject to the Privacy Policy.
Service changes and account closure
We may change the service or temporarily interrupt it for maintenance, security, or operational reasons. We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to address abuse, a security risk, a legal requirement, or a material breach of these Terms. Where appropriate and legally permitted, we will explain the restriction and provide a way to contact support.
You may request account deletion. Before you confirm, we explain the affected linked accounts, product data, subscriptions, and access. Confirmed deletion promptly revokes access and sessions, stops future subscription renewals, and initiates cleanup across linked products under the Privacy Policy’s retention schedule. Deletion may be irreversible; review the notice before confirming. Any refund is governed by the relevant product refund policy and is not automatic.
Engineering use and service limitations
Blumind is an identity service. Creating an account does not provide an engineering opinion, certify a design, or guarantee that a product’s output meets project-specific requirements. Engineering output must be evaluated under the applicable product terms and by appropriately qualified people.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the account service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Governing law and changes
These Terms are governed by Florida law, subject to any mandatory rights and protections that applicable law gives you.
We will make revised Terms available with an updated effective date. We normally provide 30 days’ advance notice of material changes, except where urgent security or legal circumstances require a shorter period. Where renewed acceptance is required, we will request it before applying those changes.
If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. Any waiver must be explicit; failing to enforce a provision on one occasion does not waive it for the future.
